Microsoft released the KB4338819 cumulative update for Windows 10 April Update

Microsoft is pushing a cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1803, the latest April update, KB4338819.

2. The Microsoft App Store now provides WebView debugging for UWP applications based on the Microsoft EDGE developer tools.
3. Set the system’s anti-virus software and PowerShell settings group policy options may unexpectedly fail to set or other error codes.
4. This update also fixes components and modules such as IE browser, graphics display component, wireless network settings, virtualisation platform, and system kernel.
5. Also released with this update is the KB4338832 update, which is used to fix the Adobe Flash Player security issue built into the system.
