Google Chrome v64 ships “Mute site” feature
Autoplay is a big problem plaguing many users, although many browsers have introduced the option to mute the tab, each time you click manually or very troublesome. The good news is that not too long ago, Google had introduced the “mute site” option for the new version of Chrome. If you’re using a Mac, you can hold down the Control key and click the tab, then select “Mute Site.” For Windows PC users, you can also right-click on a more quiet browsing experience.
