Microsoft released Windows 10 Build 17134.5
While officially finalizing the Windows 10 April 2018 Update to meet with everyone on the next Monday, the Windows Insider official tweet stated that all three channels of the Fast, Slow, and Release Preview running Build 17134.1 will be updated with Build 17134.5, but the current Microsoft official The update log was not published, detailing which bugs were fixed and what improvements were made. The tweets only mean that the download and installation are very fast, so I believe the update is not very large.
Are you on build 17134.1? If so, check for updates! KB4135051 is now published and will update you to 17134.5. This applies to all rings: Fast, Slow, and Release Preview. This is a quick download/install. Let us know how it goes!

Naturally, non-Windows Insider users can also manually download this feature update on Monday. On May 8, Microsoft will begin deployment through Windows Update. If you have any problems during the current use of the Windows 10 system, it may be properly resolved in the next functional update. In addition, May 8th is also the patching activity day of the next month, so it will also provide a number of cumulative updates.
