Some things to consider when it comes to choose your multilevel business

Do Son September 6, 2021 3 minutes read
tech-sec

At a logistical level, the software for your multilevel business is the most important since it becomes the visible face of your company, through the software your customers and affiliates will have direct communication with your company. More than software, you need a multi-functional platform that allows you to:

  • Sell
  • Check-in
  • Control your inventories
  • Manage the delivery, download, or access to your products and services
  • Do marketing
  • Manage commission calculations
  • Make records
  • View your organization’s family tree
  • Get reports in real-time
  • Validate qualifications to establish activations, bonuses, and ranks
  • Provide training and support
  • Manage support, among others

For this reason, we want to share with you our recommendations so that you can choose the best option for your company.

First, let us provide some advice: there is a popular adage that says “It is better to measure twice and cut only once”, that is, you must plan and be totally clear about your requirements to avoid inconveniences such as delays, errors in the system and additional costs.

Answer the following questions to find out if you have already passed this stage

What products or services do you want to sell?

Do you want to set special discounts?

Have you already calculated the value that your products and / or services will commission?

What type of compensation plan do you want?

According to the compensation plan, how will be the payment of commissions to your affiliates? Activation kit, monthly or weekly rebuy, requirements for ranks, bonuses, everything as detailed as possible.

Ok, now we go with the suggestions for choosing software

Cloud technology

We live in the era of the internet and mobile apps, your system must work on a hosting or server to be able to access easily from anywhere. MLM cloud software can help you work with maximum security without needing to depend on hard drives.

Responsive design

The system must adapt to any mobile device without problem: pc, tablet, smartphone.

Scalable

Validate if the system has options to expand, grow in the future, so that additional modules can be added, changes that your company may require in the future.

Self Manageable

The system must allow you to make changes to prices, percentages (%), payment levels, user editions, changes in range settings and key conditions of the system, so that you have full control of the system.

Multiple administrators

To avoid risks and better control, you need as a company to have an account as Super Administrator (manages and controls everything), administrator permissions (control and management with restricted permissions), and Operations (people who will only make registrations, register purchases and export reports without access to modify anything)

Medium

Once the system is ready, you need the software provider to know how to provide permanent support and support, timely support for any eventuality or simply to assist you while you master the full use of the system.

Finally, you need some demonstration and tests so that you know everything that the platform candidate.
