Why Backlinks Are Important, and What Is Link Juice?

The term ‘backlinks’ refers to all links to the website that lead users to it from other resources. These links provide search engines with the data about consistency and usefulness of the information on the web resource, so they affect its rankings and are important for SEO.

Let us discover what is hidden under the term link juice and what backlinks are of high quality and will help your web resource to strive.

How to get a good backlink?

Link juice is related to backlinks as each such link shares a project’s authority. It means your donor provides you with a portion of its own trust. However, it depends on the quality of the link and the resource that was used for its placement.

Site recommendations may vary in quality. If you want to get as many natural and good links as possible, choose your partner carefully or apply for trustworthy guest posting services. Backlinks from donors that meet the following parameters are of great value:

  1. Thematically related to your site. For example, a travel blog would benefit from links from an online travel magazine rather than from a health blog.
  2. Inspiring confidence. Web resources that have a low spam rate and are not suspected of fraud do not remove links shortly after publication.
  3. Authoritative. The donor must have its own link mass.

The easiest and cheapest way to get a recommendation from an authoritative source is to create original and useful content. However, this will take time and effort. For other resource owners to notice you faster, you can offer them to write an article for their guest blog. They get a free article, and you get a backlink.

In addition, you can use the assistance of SEO guest posting services. Some of them have promotion algorithms that will offer your content to interested users of the platform.

If you want to purchase an external link on the exchange, you should first evaluate the authority of a potential donor, that is, the quality of links from other sites that lead to the web resource. Analysis can be performed using online services. Pay attention to two important features:

  • Number of backlinks
  • Referring domains, i.e. the number of unique domains referring to the site

Backlinks are an effective method of website optimization. Their presence allows you to speed up website promotion, attract new traffic, and improve the ranking of the site in search engines. However, not all links to your site are positively reflected in the site’s reputation. Carefully choose backlink sellers and do not forget that your content must be of high quality for people to want to cooperate with you.
