Avast launches a Private, fast, and secure, Avast Secure Browser
Recently, Facebook’s privacy leaks have caused many people to start focusing on online privacy. Avast, which has always been a leader in security, also took the opportunity to release its new secure browser, the Avast Secure Browser. Avast claims that this new browser is built by top security experts for privacy, private, fast and secure, designed to solve most people’s misunderstandings about privacy and security.
Avast said that previous research on users’ opinions and attitudes towards cybersecurity and privacy revealed that 69% of users (UK) erroneously believe that turning on stealth and privacy browsing mode can hide their identity and hide their browsing habits. Another 81% suspect that their browsers will actively remind them of potential web-based threats, such as malicious scripts and extensions.
As a result, Avast introduced a secure browser that meets all the security features users expect from their browser. The browser not only protects against malicious software, prevents third-party cookie tracking, but also includes anti-tracking, bank mode, privacy mode, and more. In addition, Avast claims that as the browser automatically blocks annoying advertisements while browsing, the less loading means faster and will be 400% faster than all other browsers (including Chrome).
