In the updated blog post today, the Bing team further enhanced the Intelligent Search function to provide users with more accurate answers in the shortest possible time. Now when users search in Bing, they can display “multi-view” information from multiple websites, hover over a term to display definitions, and so on.
In October 2017, the Bing team launched the “Intelligent Search” function with the help of the Reddit community; now users search on Bing, and with the help of neural networks can verify your search from multiple sources, in order to find the most comprehensive answer.
In general, search results on the web will present divergence status, and most of the questions are not accurate or clear. To present a “multi-angle” search, Bing will present multiple points of view based on your search content. For example, the question “is coffee good for you”, the search results do not directly give helpful or harmful answers, but rather provide comprehensive search results and judge based on their own experience.
In December last year, the Bing team took the lead in the U.S. region. Now Bing’s UK team also summarizes the sources of multiple keywords. This means that when you are in the process of research, you no longer need to check to jump to multiple websites.
In addition, Bing can now recognize uncommon terms. When the cursor is moved over these words, it can identify and display the relevant definitions. Bing will find multiple answers to the user, letting the user decide which solution best meets their needs.
