France and Germany will jointly submit Bitcoin regulatory advice to the G20
According to usnews the French Economic and Treasury recently provided information that France and Germany in March this year to the Group of Twenty to submit bitcoin regulatory recommendations.
French Economic and Treasury Secretary Bruno Lemere and German Finance Minister Peter Altmeier held a joint news briefing in Paris on the 18th. Le Mer said that both France and Germany share the same concerns about bitcoin risk and has the same goal of bitcoin regulation. The two sides will jointly write analysis reports and regulatory proposals on bitcoin risks, which will be held in March this year. G-10 finance ministers submitted to the Group of Twenty.
According to French media reports, Altmeyer said at a press conference on the same day that for the Bitcoin and other similar currencies, the German-French government has a joint responsibility to explain the risks of such currencies to the two countries and to reduce the risks through regulation.
