Friendspire: Find and Share Recommendations with Friends

An Easy Way to Read Up on Recommendations:

Nowadays, it can be so difficult to decide what to watch, read, eat, or listen to.  One can read numerous reviews from strangers on Yelp or Tripadvisor but still not find what he/she was looking for.

Friendspire is a new app that lets people find out what their friends are reading, watching, and eating. Friendspire relies on word-of-mouth recommendations from genuine people.  And if one doesn’t have many Friends on the app? Friendspire offers curated lists based on the user’s preferences so it’s easier for everyone to discover things they love.

Find new releases, classics, horror movies, or tv shows based on what genre suits your favorite tastes with just a few clicks of the mouse!

A Unique Review and Social Media Platform:

Social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook are often very filtered and not genuine. Friends on these apps are not truly capturing the essence of moments in their lives. Influencers have much more power than the everyday user. Review platforms like Yelp or TripAdvisor can involve reviews that are not as trustworthy and may even be paid.

Thus, Friendspire is a social app that incorporates recommendations from real friends. One can make new friendships through the platform’s social features too.  The app connects people with one another by creating a space for sharing their opinions on podcasts they just listened to or movies/tv-shows recently seen. Users can share information about the latest books as well as review must-visit restaurants in an effortless way. No more typing long messages about what makes something special because it’s all just a tap away.

How to Use The App:

Browse through curated lists of tv shows, movies, books, podcasts, and food and drinks according to one’s interests- all in the “Find” section.  Interested in the show Euphoria? Check out shows like Euphoria here!

The app also offers the option to create a recommendation library that’s personalized. Users make ratings and leave comments on a specific activity and it shows up on the user’s “Profile.” Friends can then see those ratings and make comments specifically on those ratings and thus encourage the sharing of opinions.

Curious to know what friends on the app are recommending? In the “Feed” section, users can find out what their friends have recently reviewed. Thus, one can look through Bob’s review of Batman: The Killing Joke or Kate’s review of The Social Dilemma, and henceforth make wiser decisions.

If someone likes a review and wants to save it, the app allows the user to save them in the “Saved” section.  The user can then come back to the review at a later time.  Thus, one can remember which movie/tv show he/she wanted to watch instead of spending time searching for it.

Save your time and avoid endless scrolling.  Check Out Friendspire Here.
