So as the watch industry gears up for another Baselworld next week, we’re announcing a new name that better reflects our technology, vision, and most important of all—the people who wear our watches. We’re now Wear OS by Google, a wearables operating system for everyone. ”
At the very beginning of Google’s design of Android Wear, the company wanted to create a wearable system that could suit everyone, whether you were an Apple fan using the iPhone or Mac or an avid Android fan. In order to achieve this great goal, Google is the world’s most influential and well-known watch manufacturer and consumer electronics brand.
There are more than 50 smartwatches that use Google’s Android Wear system. These watches come from different vendors and can not only track your fitness activity but also provide a more efficient lifestyle.
