According to foreign media neowin reports, for many Microsoft fans, running a complete Windows 10 system on a mobile phone has always been a dream, and rumored Surface Phone has always been the core of these people’s topics. Although eager fans will have to wait until at least the end of the year to see a Windows 10 phone, some hackers have shown the possibility ahead of time and they have successfully run Windows 10 on the old Lumia.
The recently released Windows Phone Internals allows fans to install ROM on their Lumia handsets, so some people decide to run the desktop version of Windows on their handsets.
Both Gustave M. and Blaze successfully installed Windows RT, which is now offline, on the Lumia 830 and the Lumia 950. However, this is not the first time people have seen Windows RT running on Windows Phone, as early as 2015.

In addition, Gustave did not stop here, he eventually let Lumia 830 running on the ARM version of Windows 10. This became the first time people have seen Lumia running Windows 10.

However, this is just a technical demonstration. It is not easy to really use it because there are still many incompatible places and some problems that are not solved so far.
