Microsoft officially releases Office 2019 preview
Microsoft officially released Office 2019 Preview Business Preview for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Access, Project, Visio, and OneNote Office 2019 for the Windows 10 operating system. At the same time, Microsoft plans to release preview plans for Office 2019 for Mac, Exchange Server 2019, SharePoint 2019, Project Server 2019, and Skype for Business 2019 in the coming months. Although Microsoft recommends Office 365 ProPlus for business and corporate users, the Office 2019 Local Edition is also a good choice for customers who are not yet ready to use (SaaS) cloud solutions. Office 2019 will bring all the new features that have been released to Office 365 users in the past few years, and it will be equipped with new and improved ink features such as: roaming pencil cases, pressure-sensitive and tilt effects; more powerful data analysis in Excel Capabilities such as: new formulas, new charts and integration with Power BI; deformation and zooming in PowerPoint, and more.
Microsoft also mentioned that from 2019 onwards, any Office client application will no longer have the MSI version. All new Office client applications, including Visio and Project, will be distributed in a Click-to-Run manner.
