The launch of the Google Pixel 10 series is still less than ten days away, yet some users have already reported issues with snow screens or random colored stripes—a problem previously observed with the Pixel 5 and, to a lesser extent, the Pixel 7.
In the most severe cases, the entire display becomes saturated with colored lines, resembling a full-screen snow effect. Other users encounter less dramatic symptoms, with only a few colored stripes appearing. Given that the Pixel 10 has only just reached the market, it is clear that this issue is not the result of user error.
Several reports have surfaced on Reddit, where affected users have shared their experiences. Google is reportedly investigating the matter and is expected to release a firmware update to address the defect, though it remains uncertain whether the fix will fully resolve the problem.

For those who have already purchased the Pixel 10 and encountered similar issues, it is recommended to contact Google Support directly for assistance. If no satisfactory solution is available, replacing the device may be the best option, since waiting for a firmware update could take additional time.
These display glitches are typically temporary—disappearing when users switch to another application or perform a reboot. However, they may recur. One Reddit user experiencing the issue has already opted for a return and refund rather than exchanging the device for another Pixel 10.
