VR Virtual Reality, AR Augmented Reality, MR Mixed Reality is the focus of all the giants in the industry today. Last year, Google released a preview version of the ARCore SDK software development kit to bring AR experiences to Android devices. Now, the official version of ARCore 1.0 comes along with a series of new support and tools.
Applications built using ARCore identify the user’s environment and present objects and information for both an enjoyable and fun experience.
ARCore operates on 100 million Android phones worldwide and currently supports 13 different handsets. Google is partnering with vendors such as Samsung, Huawei, LG, Motorola, Asus, Xiaomi, HMD/Nokia, ZTE, Sony, Armed with ARCore on the released phone.
