Israel filed a suit against Apple on the iPhone
Apple sued for litigation in the United States due to its intention to downgrade the performance of the old iPhone while upgrading its new operating system. Israel now filed a class action lawsuit against Apple on Monday, claiming $125 million. The indictment alleges that iPhone users’ judgments about the phone and its operating system are entirely dependent on the company’s own evaluation, and Apple did not explain that the software update would have a negative impact on the operation of the phone and infringed the user’s basic rights.
Apple should advise users of slowdowns before they download or update operating systems. The indictment also accused Apple of “hiding the message from the customer for obvious profitability because the company prefers to allow users to buy a new one as soon as possible to replace it.”
