YouTube TV supports Firefox browser

The TV live broadcast service YouTube TV decided to postpone the expansion of new markets. Based on feedback from consumers, it will focus more on support for major streaming media. In recent days, YouTube has quietly added support for the Firefox browser, which means that the desktop is no longer limited to Chrome browser access. Although it does not support other niche browsers such as Edge and Opera, Google said it will follow up and update in the future.

If you don’t have much interest in watching TV on your computer, users can watch YouTube TV on most Android devices running Android Lollipop and iOS 9.1 or later iPhone and iPad devices.

Naturally, most users are still accustomed to using on TVs, which means that TVs without built-in smart systems need a set-top box to use. YouTube TV has always supported Chromecast and Apple TV AirPlay. In addition, YouTube TV supports Android TV, Xbox consoles, Samsung/LG Smart TVs for 2016/2017, and most Roku devices.

However, it still does not support PlayStation 4, but this may be due to Sony’s own launch of a competing product called PlayStation Vue.
