OpenAI has officially announced the preview release of ChatGPT for Linux desktop. The application extends native desktop support to Ubuntu, Debian, and Fedora Linux distributions. Once installed, users gain access to ChatGPT, Codex, and Work – the same suite of features available on other platforms. Account sign-in enables seamless data synchronization across devices, and remote control via the ChatGPT mobile application is supported as well.
