Microsoft has released a new preview update, KB5063842, for Windows 10 version 22H2 to address several known issues. At this stage, the update is available as a preview with a testing nature, and the included fixes are expected to be rolled out as part of the September 2025 Patch Tuesday release.
Given its testing status, the preview update is not recommended for gamers or users who prioritize stability in office environments, as unforeseen issues may arise. IT administrators, however, may deploy it in test environments to check for potential compatibility errors in advance.
