After numerous leaks and even an early preorder listing on retailers, Google has at last unveiled the Pixel 10 series at its New York launch event. The lineup includes the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and the brand-new foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
The Pixel 10 series largely follows the product segmentation of the Pixel 9 family but introduces Google’s in-house Tensor G5 processor, manufactured using TSMC’s 3nm process. Google promises a 25% improvement in CPU performance and a 60% boost in TPU efficiency. The devices also feature the new Pixelsnap magnetic interface, compliant with the Qi2 wireless charging standard, allowing compatibility with stands, grips, wallets, and a variety of magnetic accessories.
All models ship with Android 16, support both nano-SIM and eSIM, and claim battery life exceeding 24 hours. As with last year’s Pixel 9 series, the Pixel 10 Pro models and Pixel 10 Pro Fold include a complimentary one-year Google AI Pro membership, granting access to Gemini AI features.
