299 macOS applications have compatibility issues due to AppKit
What does Photoshop, Matlab, Panic Transmit and Eclipse have in common? It seems that there is no connection between them. In fact, these macOS applications are all part of the 299 applications that require compatibility fixes.
Recently, developers have issued a statement saying that there are compatibility issues with 299 applications running on newer versions of macOS systems and pointed out that even the best applications run on newer versions of macOS, usually some adjustments need to be made. In addition, most of these compatibility patches apply only to older versions of applications.

Among them, Apple’s own applications also appear on this list, according to statistics of 64, which is expected, after all, Apple may use some private APIs and techniques that third parties can not use, which will lead to compatibility problem.
