Data show that Windows 10 Fall Creators Update has the highest market share
Today, AdDuplex released a monthly usage breakdown of Windows devices. It is based on data collected by over 5,000 Microsoft store applications using the AdDuplex SDK, which was collected on April 25th.
Statistics show that the Windows 10 fall creator update now accounts for 92.1% of the Windows 10 PC version, a slight increase from 90.4% in the previous month. Since the release of the 1709 version, this has been more than six months, so its significance lies in its development. We expect this figure to begin to decline when the spring update is finally released.
Statistics show that the Creators Update share fell from 4.3% to 3.2%. Windows 10 Build 1607 dropped from 3.6% to 2.9%, the 1511 version’s share dropped 0.1 to 0.7%, and the original operating system share dropped to 0.1% to 0.4%. What’s really interesting is that the market share of Windows Insiders has doubled to 0.8%, which is usually about 0.4% stagnant. This may be due to the strange state of Redstone 4 as the final version has been provided to Insiders for some time, but Microsoft did not provide any formal updates.
