Lumia 950 XL can run Windows 10 ARM, Developer says
Windows 10 ARM projects, Win32 application simulation support, and impressive performance commitments have thrilled developers and users alike. Recently, developers demonstrated WinPE for the Windows 10 operating system running on Lumia 950 smartphones, but running Windows 10 ARM on Windows Phone is still part of an unfulfilled dream, but new hope is emerging now that such projects will happen.
The Windows 10 project on ARM brings Windows 10 into laptops with ARM processors and 2in1 products. Basically, Windows 10 on ARM brings mobility to laptops because of its power-saving design, impressive battery life, and always-connected data connections.
Developer Ben confirmed in a tweet that it is possible to crack Microsoft Lumia 950 XL and run Windows 10 ARM, but that’s hard enough, and booting a normal Windows 10 ARM (rather than PE) means booting your own AArch64 firmware and driver, which “Possible yet hell difficulty”

If you have developers who release the Windows 10 ARM for Lumia 950, it might be interesting to see how the phone handles the operating system. Before outside rumored that Microsoft is developing a mobile device that will use Windows 10 ARM operating system, if Microsoft really released the rumored Andromeda, it will provide mobile and desktop experience.
