Windows 10 RS5 has File Explorer’s Dark Theme setting option
Windows 10 can select both light and dark application modes in the personalization settings. In the latest Windows 10 Redstone 5 preview, the File Explorer also began to have the dark theme.
The Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17661 has been issued to the Skip Ahead, Fast Ring channel, and it was discovered that a special tool, Mach 2, can be used to open the dark mode of the explorer.
From the published screenshots, the Windows 10 Explorer title bar, address bar, left the list, and right background in this mode all become black.
However, it is clear that this model has not yet been debugged. The menu bar, navigation bar, and text and icons are all intact. The results are quite different and do not seem to be coordinated.
Windows 10 Redstone 5 will be released this fall, and it is still in a preliminary test phase. Many new features are just beginning. The dark mode of the resource manager is closed by default, and Microsoft has not mentioned it publicly.
