Windows 10 April Update Cumulative Update Patch KB4103721 Released
KB4103721 is an urgent accumulation update released by Microsoft on May 4, 2018, for the Windows 10 Version 1803 operating system. The update will upgrade the system version number to Windows 10 Build 17134.48. This update includes quality improvements to the operating system without introducing new operating system features.
