Microsoft released the first cumulative update for the Windows 10 April Update
A few days after the official release, Microsoft has now released a new cumulative update KB4100375 patch for the Windows April 10 Update.
It should be noted that the current information of this update is rather confusing, and the content of the specific repair is not the driver and compatibility issues that people have encountered.
We all know that the current version is Windows 10 Build 17134.1 version, but the update will show Build 17133.73 version after installation.
The reason for the problem is that the initial update was pushed to the then RTM candidate version in April, namely Windows 10 Build 17133.
So now the information contained in this update does not seem to have changed, resulting in some users to upgrade the system into Windows 10 Build 17133.73.
The specific repair content has nothing to do with the current Karton and BSOD problems encountered by most users, so it is not clear what the significance of Microsoft’s release of this update is.
