Apple announced that starting on June 30th, Apple iOS 4.3.5 or earlier, macOS 10.8.5 or lower, Apple TV software 4.4.4 or lower, will not be able to change Apple ID payment information. This change was made to ensure that financial data adequately protect.
Of course, versions of iOS 4.3.5, macOS 10.8.5, and Apple TV 4.4.4 are obsolete, so the affected customers should hate it.
